Don't you love how the heatwaves coming off the 3G turf mess with autofocus and show up in the photos?

*Light bulb turns on*

You know, I thought the OOF areas looked a bit funky... and on some of my shots the back focus is so obvious it's not funny!

Haha yea, it is the curse of shooting on turf. If possible, get a bit higher angle and shoot down at the field and your gear won't be as wonky with the heat waves.
