This is not so much of a bokeh shot, but still taken with the EF85mm f/1.2L I lens. I am always impressed with the sharpness of this lens.

^ @x_tan... definitely missed focus in the second picture.. first one looks good!.. did you take those on al servo?.. I've tried using 85L for moving subjects and al servo works out the best for me, but one definitely needs a lot of practice with this lens!

I know,

The focus point was setting on the far right with Al Servo. I still have problem tracking subject with Al Servo as coming from 5D2 one-Shot AF.

The cyclists will be beck next Tuesday and Thursday night for sure ;)

^ im a fan of your outdoor portraits.. thinking of investing in an Einstein soon.. what size beauty dish do you use chester? I mainly do events, and i'm thinking of setting up an Einstein + beauty dish/softbox for a photobooth at at event soon.. also to do some full body portraits of the guests..

Do you prefer beauty dish? or softbox?.. and what size for full body stuff?

Thank you :)

I use a 28" BD. I prefer the BD especially shooting on locations.

It all depends where your placement of the BD is and how much power on the strobe you use to get the full body shots.
