The best sight in Melbourne, over the wing of your flight while climbing up to cruising altitude haha

QUOTED IMAGE

Then seeing the curve of the earth from cruise altitude

and finally coming in to land at Brisbane airport, home at last and back to some warmer weather

All taken with the trusty S100 P&S.

So I'm well and truly overdue to pay some tax. I apologise in advance for the dodgy photo taken with my phone but I just had to share!

Crap that's too close for comfort. I always remember being told once not to run, just duck down, that just about proves it with the bumper flying over the barrier.

Nice buy Kinnon, you'll love it, they go together like 2 peas in a pod.

That retaining wall did a good job didn't it.......stopped anything going right at you. Great spot for photos but right in the action!

The different reactions from both of us is a graphic example of what to do and what not to do which comes from relative experience.

Yep...
He did a couple of things wrong...
1 - Turned his back and totally took his eye off the whole incident and had completly no idea of anything that was happening or where anything was going.
2 - Instead of staying put and getting low, making himself as small a target as possible, he stayed upright
3 - moved right into the path of where the shrapnel could end up...
