Yeah! 12 inches of rain here today! Guess what I'll be doing all day? Shooting paintball. Damn. I think the 60D is going to get wet!

I shot all day in rain a couple of weeks ago. With the 60D, 70-200, and Tamron 10-24 stuffed in my pocket. Out of those three, I'm pretty sure only the 70-200 is fully weather sealed. But I had (and have) no issues.

And DAMN that's a lot of rain!

2nd'd. It rained non-stop here yesterday and I shot in it for an hour or so. 60D, EF-S 60mm, 430ex II. Everything got wet but not drenched, and everything held up fine. :)

My Tamron and 60D got plain soaked. They were so wet, my bag with all it's silicone packets in there was a wet mess on the inside when I got home. Wiped it all down and aired it out for a day or so and it's all good.

I'm crediting the 20 or so silicone packets for that. Every time I see one in something I buy, I throw it in there...Because 1) My brain tells me they'll suck the moisture out of my bag and 2) They make handy anytime snacks!

Tasty, yes. But they always make me so thirsty after!

That's why I squeeze the water out of them and into a cup before eating.

Most days? A Chevy truck.

Nice days/track days?

A big (and much maligned by all except the people that own them) blue jelly bean.

You have the LS2 in there right? A couple of years back I just to work for this action company that sold cars to dealers and had to drive the car to deliver them to the dealers. Long story short I had to drive this GTO to a dealer just like 30 miles away and I was blown away from the power those things deliver. That 6L engine is a ****ing beast!

Yeah. 6 liter. Which I added headers, supercharger, etc to, resulting in well over 600 horsepower. I can do a burnout at 70 MPH

Does anyone here have experience with the Rokinon/Samyang/Bower 85mm 1.4? I heard its tack sharp for the price, however its only MF and apparently, it won't focus right on the stock focusing screen on our 60D's. Any opinions?
