So I had the opportunity to shoot my first wedding as a main shooter a few weekends ago. It definitely was an experience and a pleasure... but being a portrait guy I forgot how long those days can be... ha.

Oh yea, most of these were done with either a 35, 85, or 135 on two mark II bodies.
The last shot was on a 17-40.

Let me know what you think.

Also, the whole set can be seen on my blog.

checked out your blog, it's a great set! good looking couples too!
you definitely proved to be worthy of being a main togs' and it clearly showed throughout the set. only nitpicking on the fake tilt-shift effect somewhere in the pics (the bride entering the church i think), it just doesn't look "comfortable" to say to the least.

picture of the bestmans expression' after downing the shot is priceless

Love the processing. Care to share how you did it?

Thanks, I appreciate the C&C! Yea, the more I look at it the more I don't like that shot. I'll prob end up changing it. haha

Basic curves adjustments in LR.. Nothing special. Brought the blacks up a little more and exposed a half a stop higher.

Great job.. I am sure they love these. The only one I don't love is the shot of them in front of the tree line, the processing needs something.. Otherwise, really fantastic.

I am super cool n' stuff.

agree.

the sky is too boring and overpowering not to mention blown out, plus both treeline shots seems hazy and need more punch. you could try to add some type of blue gradient in post

but wow. the others are amazing, i'd be extremely thrilled if i hired you,
