My apologies but I can't seem to get enough of these swallows. Most were taken a week or 2 ago.

#8 And the elusive Cliff Swallow (at least to me). Suprised this let me take pics at a very close distance (almost a ff shot)

Excellent and varied set, Jo; the violet greens are beauties, but I like the N. Roughwings as well.

Wow Jo. Thats a fantastic series of these hard to capture birds Love the Violet Green Swallow , never knew of this type of Swallow.

Jo! First you nearly knock me off my seat with that first shot as he filled almost the entire screen and did so incredibly well. Then, you take me on a wonderful trip through some pretty, pretty little ones with such good colors and detail with such playful Swallow faces only to stop me dead in my tracks with the three on a branch. That is a prize winner!
