Well was out shooting the Dreamliner Boeing 787 today, here are some shots of that, and another plane (not sure the make)

The last airplane appears to be an American Airlines 737-800

yea, par for the course in aviation...

unless you're along side the runway (actually standing on concrete) or air to air, short is ~350mm. I frequently find 400mm (on a crop body) too short

We were about 25 yards from the end of the runway..400 was a good length..600 was a bit much
