got some great advice on a camera strap and wanted to see about a bag

looking at the sticky here

i have a lowepro backpack and looking to downsize as a day bag to carry around and get easy access

looking at toploading bags
seen the lowepro aw 55 - seems like it should fit the kit i currently have

60D
canon 18-200

possibly also carry the 50mm 2.5
and even a 550ex (although i have oyster bags with a belt clip which may work

but
60D 18-200 with hood
some SD cards spare battery, remote control probably all i need to carry

amazon have it for around £30
http://www.amazon.co.uk …4/ref=dp_cp_ob_ce_title_0 (external link)

also have seen this - just not sure of the size
http://www.amazon.co.uk …TF8&qid=1339793012&sr=8-2 (external link)

any other suggestions

Domke F3x. Ample room for all you have, plus a water bottle. Get the Post Office Pad to go with it and upgrading your lens won't be any problem at all.

thanks - that does look small - just looked at a video - and packs a lot of gear
just checked jessops (reserve ) and none in stores for any local to me to have a look at
although
i was looking for something like a toploader - the lowepro back pack i have is ok for carring all the kit around, but just wanted something easier to get access to the camera

i have a small toploader for the PRO1 and a little pocket at the front for the remote/cf cards/spare battery

If you can get Tenba bags, the Mixx Large Top loader bag should work for you. I use it with a 7D when I want to carry just my camera with my Sigma 18-250mm lens and a few items.

Thanks - I had a look at the Lowepro 55aw and did not like it much - so may change mind a go for a bag -
cant find anyone with the Domke F3x in stock
BUT
I saw and tried out a Lowepro Nova 170 AW - which seemed good

thanks for the ideas and suggestions

i'll see if they have the Tenba bags, the Mixx Large Top loader bag anywhere and look at that
