Head light assembly from a _______________

Hint - the car is new, made in North America and the unique lights are "Bi-Xenon headlamps and low energy LED lamps are used throughout the vehicle".

Is this manufactured by an American owned company or is it simply assembled in the US by a foreign company.

Judging from the website, this an American-owned company - and the car is manufactured in the US. I am sure some components are sourced from overseas, but it seems to be a fully American company.

Originally thought it was from a new F30 BMW 3 series because of the kind of aggressive slant that headlight has. Pretty sure it is a Fisker Karma after hearing it is American and uses all those LED lights.

Yep, the hint was the energy saving lights - I posted a fairly crappy photo because any other photo would show the stunning design - one of those rare cars that looks far better in person than in any photo.

Gorgeous cars indeed. My cousin has worked on a few at the dealership he's at and he is amazed by them.

BMW 1602 ?

Technically correct, but can you give me the more popular, fuel-injected brother to the 1602?

It's hard to tell which it is from that shot, the spoiler looks like it is off the 2002 turbo, but the wheel arches aren't flared enough for that, as it has a rollcage I am guessing it isn't entirely stock.

Could be any of the Ti or Tii variants (1602/1802/2002) to my eye. The real differences were at t'other end.

2002Tii is correct. Ando you said 2002, which is correct, but I'm giving it to Sandpiper because I told him "Technically correct" on his first reply.

Actually the Fisker company is danish :) My dad went to school with Henrik Fisker, the designer, owner and CEO of Fisker Automotive. No i never met him or talked to him, but it gives some credit in dropping the name in the streetscene :D The company manufactur the cars in America yes, but most is pre-fab in Denmark, Canada and Sweden - some of which im told is in rebatched Saab factory's
