So the 7D should arrive the first of the week. What card do yall suggest? Found a great deal on the Sandisk Extreme Pro 16GB 90mb/s cards if those would be considered good. Thanks in advance.

That card should work just fine. I shoot a 1DMKIII and use the old Sandisk Extreme III cards with out any problems at all. In 5 years I have never had a problem with any of my cards. I personally prefer smaller 4gb cards. I don't like to have too many images on one card.

Unless you are a prolific machine gun shooter or impatient when downloading, ultra fast cards are not essential, I mainly use a couple of Transcend 16GB 133X (20meg) cards and find them more than adequate, also a lot cheaper as well :D

I wouldn't bother with the 90 MB/s card. Get the 60 MB/s Sandisk instead, it'll be just as fast in your 7D and quite a bit cheaper.
