Hey, it was fun shooting with you again. Thanks for joining us. Hope you had a great time.

Here are my comments:

1. HIs face being OOF kind of bothers me a little bit. Otherwise I think it's a good shot.

2. I like this shot. The one nit pick is that the OOF foreground element is putting a purple "cast" on his lower chin/neck area. I would correct that.

3. Nice shot. I like the fact that they are holding hands. A little too orange for my taste. We set this shot up so that there's lots of backlighting and a darker background. It's hard to figure out the color balance sometimes on a shot like this. I still like it though.

4. Interesting angle. I saw you were going wide for this. I kinda don't like that her eyes are closed though. I do like the perspective.

5. Nice shot.

6. Skewed a little too much towards the right.

7. Nice capture. A little too much orange though.

8. Another nice capture. The dark foreground element on the right side is a little distracting.

Steve, I enjoyed working with you. Hopefully we can hook up sometime later this year. Your stuff looks excellent!

fantastic work here. #4 doesn't quite fit in here because it seems visually staged rather than a natural staged shot; If that makes sense.

were you using th 85L?

Great set. I agree with nicsan on all critiques. It's definitely very editorial/commercial, and if that's what the client desired, well done.

Thanks guys :)

I think I know what you mean by #4, c2thew - maybe it's the lower angle I was shooting from, or the not so natural looking pose. That one was shot with the 35L, I believe the only one from this series that I used the 85L for was #1.

i've seen some of nicksan's work and that's why you're working with him.. i especially liked number 5 because i do think that's the best moment, not when they're really kissing but when they're real close to do so...also liked the creative composition.. nice job...
