I don't have one, but I'm sure youtube has a bunch. In a nutshell I typically do manual blending using layer mask in CS5 and just brush in/out areas of different exposures playing with opacity and blend modes. I've used color range blending a few times, but I don't like the results all the time in more challenging blends (maybe i'm not doing it perfectly), but I use it as a reference.
