With wide heavy duty velcro straps (not the sticky kind). The flash however I think will end up getting the sticky kind. I had it so the last strap would wrap around the flash and stick to the velcro straps on the mp-e. This made for a nice secure combination however reducing or increasing the magnification was a nightmare. I think if i use the really heavy wide velcro, sticky kind, on the flash I might be able to get away with not wrapping it and still have it secure and easier to reposition.
