Jumping Spider- new flash mount on mp-e

I am experimenting with mounting my flash directly on the mp-e. This is the result from last night. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!!

With wide heavy duty velcro straps (not the sticky kind). The flash however I think will end up getting the sticky kind. I had it so the last strap would wrap around the flash and stick to the velcro straps on the mp-e. This made for a nice secure combination however reducing or increasing the magnification was a nightmare. I think if i use the really heavy wide velcro, sticky kind, on the flash I might be able to get away with not wrapping it and still have it secure and easier to reposition. Of course I will try theory out on my cheaper flash units first lol.

I have a bunch of other ideas in my head. I will post my finished design and pictures ;0)

Thank you, he was my first jumper of the year. Macro season has been really bad since the bad freeze we had two winters ago. I still have not seen a single orb weaver since then, very sad, I loved those spiders.
