The emphasis here is on "PHOTOGRAPHY." ;)
Although true that we are initially a Canon oriented forum, we have no problem with others that wish to play. :)

Oh! And since I changed to a Nikon I've only been posting trivial stuff to 'Funny Signs' threads and the like, and occasionally to the dedicated Nikon thread. In that case, I'll probably post one of my better shots every now and again.

That all being said, I think that when Roy said this:
Roy Mathers wrote in post #14650357 (external link)
Who cares what camera was used.

he was referring to the cute girl holding the non-canon...

Oh! (again). I assumed he was referring to my comment about the photo being taken by a non-canon...

GOOD! :)
Just be prepared for a few friendly digs. You know, just like the Ford vs Chevy vs Dodge ones. ;)

This was taken over the weekend at the Denver Art Museum. The guy laying on the floor is Thomas Hawk. I had the great pleasure of shooting with Thomas for two full days here in Denver. It was such a pleasure watching him work and learning from him. And for those who scoff at the notion of his publishing a million photos before he dies...believe it. He is an absolute maniac when it comes to shooting. I nearly crippled myself trying to keep up.

It looks like a lifeguard training session where they're learning how to protect themselves and a victim from being bashed on the pilings. The caps are probably just for seeing who's who when they're swimming.
