Weather is terrible today so decided to do something a little different. I have posted this in the "Show us your setup and the final result" thread as well as the "Show us your best manipulated images" thread as it has a bit of both.

Set up

4 Shots taken in my kitchen. One of the kitchen, One of me standing in front of the cooker, One of the pot on the cooker and One of me with my head in the pot position.

I had a 430EX with a shoot through umbrella camera left from above (Forgot to take a pic of the actual set up)

WOW. This has inspired me to get busy and be more creative. I love it.

Haha thanks.

The washing machine in my kitchen seems to be confusing a few people, someone mentioned it on my flickr too. In the UK its the norm to have the washing machine in the kitchen along with all the other white goods. Mine just happens to be right next to my cooker. I assume you have the washing machine in a utility room in the states? (Sorry completely off the camera theme here but im just curious)

Ya in north america in single family homes they tend to be in a utility room, or just in the basement, or in many cases an entire room just dedicated to laundry. in apartments they are usually in a closet.

The setup...stubby fat bi-pod legs on top of aluminum ladder for camera support, fat belly and bald head for comic relief...

HAHA...funny

I think it's common to have all your major appliances in the kitchen outside the USA. It saves room, plumbing and electrical. I think only here in the USA are we that wasteful. ;)
