Jul 05, 2012 17:13 | #6032 Have you tried using Windows Live Photo Gallery? Looks like it wasn't practical to use some fill flash, but you can fake it using WLPG. IMO its the best free program for adding light to dark photos. My Flickr page

I know some people prefer natural light, if that's the case here then disregard my comments. Thanks for comments, Stan. Yes, I do have that program...haven't really used it much. I didn't use the fill flash as, yes, I like the natural light. I did play around with the 'smile' photo in WLPG but it didn't grab me. Thanks for reminding me about that program. I'll try that out next time I'm processing.

Wife and me took care of our nephew so I took my new 50mm and gave it some exercise. Our dogs were bored as hell since the yard was soaking wet. Nephew not that bored! And some color: Gear: a toothed wheel

Even me was surprised because the original pic you don't see the stars but while adding clarity I noticed stars starts to appears in the pic so I slide it all the way to the right done in LR. I agree with everybody, awesome series, question on the clarity part, how did you managed to light the sky and keeping the moon dark?
