Thanks for that JD. I have a couple of App Backup programs but I've decided to go through what I had and be more economical with what I reinstall...I never used half the apps I had!

Grrr....my sodding phone keeps rebooting at a regular 5 minute interval. Not happy!!

That's what happened to my Desire and it ended up going back to HTC four times before it was fixed.

Ref the shoddy American Olympic photos apparently from what I was reading in one of the papers today they are meant to be like that to show that athletes are not perfect, or so Director of Photography for AFP Mailden Antonov who commissioned Joe Klamar said.

I'm glad I knew how to do a factory reset as the woman at Orange said that I had to plug my phone into the computer and go into HTC Sync to be able to do it (which was a pointless exercise as it wouldn't stay on long enough to sync), she reckoned I couldn't do it any other way!

Hmmm....sounds like some post hype cover story!

Some great pictures especially like the second one with the kestrel captures the mood nicely

Many thanks Adrian.

Morning all, Stanley came home yesterday. As soon as the cage was open he disappeared under the sofa for an hour or so. He soon came out though, if a little cautiously at first and explored his new home. He loves our carpet as it is quite coarse so uses it for scratching, ignoring completely the scratching post we got for him. He had a couple of goes at scratching the sofa...any tips on how to gently dissuade him from doing that?

He also decided of course that he would sleep between me & Sally last night and then at about 4am he decided it was play time and started exploring! We're a bit tired this morning! As we left for work today he retreated back to under the sofa...hopefully he's out by now and having some brekkie. :)

Cats seems to like those coconut back-door mats for clawing on so you could always get one and put it near the sofa. When our cat was younger he would claw just one part of the furniture, but a few years ago when we bought a leather sofa and chair he made no attempt to claw it and will only sit on it if there is a towel on there.

It was a no win situation really wasn't it - for the photographer & the athletes. Bet they're glad of the publicity now though ;)

Morning all :)

Managed to realise a childhood dream yesterday, when a beautiful 25th Anniversary Lamborghini Countach entered the studio. Had a model car of these since a very young age, such an iconic car!

You can't fully appreciate it until you see it in the metal:

None yet, will try later or definitely at the weekend. He decided yesterday's 4am wasn't early enough this morning so started at 3am this morning, he was a real fidget and trying to get in/through/under/on top of everything he could! I'm a little bleary eyed today to say the least, especially as we were out late last night celebrating a friend's 40th! :|

Didn't get a chance to go out in it unfortunately as the owner wasn't about. Sure we can change that though :D Even at 6ft2 and slim, it was a squeeze to fit in the seat!

He's clearly very comfortable with you both. That's a real privilege. The timings will calm down a bit once he's settled (but 4am does figure quite a bit in my life!).

I had a thought that it may have been that he was hungry - when I gave him his brekkie at 6.30 he wolfed it down.

Yes, I'm glad he's happy with us at least. He is very cute when he's trying to snuggle up against you! :)
