These are absolutely amazing shots to me. IDK if it's the camera or the lens that's making the difference here. The 1D III is definitely a beast for nailing the focus for these shots.

The pair though surely teamed up to make one helluva combination!!!

I love my 5D but miss the crop factor some with shooting birds. I am really thinking of selling it and saving up for a 1D mkIII. I think it would be the best of both worlds with this camera.
