Tell that to Euro Tunnel they've had me painting parts of the tunnel no one ever sees, even when the your fiery stick goes through, white only to hide the graffiti on the walls only to be covered in more graffiti by the next day. I've painted the same bit a tunnel six times in the past eight weeks

Great stage win for Wiggins yesterday too

I got a new bike a couple of months ago. Been riding as much as I can and have lost a decent amount of weight so far. It is about 8.5 miles on my cycle route to work (I drive the first bit as it would be nearly double that otherwise!) and I cycle to work 2-3 times a week. It's good (except I feel knackered today and not looking forward to the ride home

At the moment I struggle to get up Fordwich hill!
