I know for a fact that Newegg.com is offering no tax if shipped to NY but what about others like Adorama, Beach Camera, or other stores?

Any store that doesn't have a physical presence in the state of New York.

I've used Beach camera a few times (they are also BuyDig) and highly recommend them. They are in New Jersey so there is no New York sales tax collected by them.

I've had good transactions with buydig.com as well. I just assumed Beach camera had a presence in NY, nice to know they aren't.

Looks like the cheapest option for you is Beach Camera via eBay (external link). No tax to NY, free-ship, so all in for $3429. There are cheaper auth. dealer options ($3269) but they all collect tax to NY.
