I've got some other photos to edit still. But here's what I've got so far. It was a bit hazy, light was bad and everyone stayed high in the air, so it was hard to frame the shot with the context of them flying through Boston :confused:

Yeah, the seeing/shooting conditions were wretched. Looks like we were shooting on opposite sides of the river, with you much closer to the action than me. I shot from the roof of a building near BMC. I'm guessing you were at MIT's Green Building, perhaps?

I had to do a fair bit of work in post in Lightroom to get any of these shots to look half-way decent. All shot with 7D and either 70-200/4 IS or Sigma 120-400 OS. Most are significant crops.

  7. At the end of the show as the Delta broke up, the Number 6 flew almost directly overhead and I was finally able to get some good shots.

At first it looks like a horse's ass. But click it, and it turns into a unicorn! :cool:
