Pic 4 is crazy. You can see his muscle. Pretty cool pic since they're usually covered in hair and can't usually see the muscle on them.

Thanks for posting these. I will be in Katmai this coming Tuesday and Wednesday and was wondering if the bears were at the falls - you just answered my question.

This has been such a strange "summer" in Alaska that it seems you can't count on anything anymore.
