She just left about an hour ago. Pretty much straight off the camera. This is lacey. We kept about 150 shots and they all look like this. This little girl could not miss. Ive been shooting a bunch of seniors but im waiting for them to pic photos and i will post some of the selections. We are really going to have a tough time selecting the indoors with Lacey. Her outdoor session is next month.

Mike, I love it when you post! I like the 2nd one- the lighting is great for her skin. I like the pose and light in 1 as well, but she appears to be squishing out a little double chin with her hand.

I also like #2. But it is more like what I shoot, straight face. I think it will look better with tilt like Tiff does.

This is the one that she really liked. We are pretty happy with the lighting set ups.

I like three better, as well. All good shots, though.

I removed the leaves at the top of her head and worked on the color some more .
Thanks for the help everyone. :)

Looks better Paigey -- now just be wary of things like the leaf that looks like it's growing out of her head. And welcome to the forum.

Mike, two seconds with the hair would have made each pose better. There is loose/misplaced hair in each shot.

speaking of fan, what do most of you prefer? a powerful fan or a leaf blower for getting the hair to look more interesting?

This is my son Logan. These are just practice shots, mostly because he and a friend are growing their, ahem, "beards", for RAGBRAI coming up next week. For those of you that don't know RAGBRAI, it's a seven day ride across the state of Iowa. I'm pretty decent with Photoshop but not sure I could remove the chin fuzz and keep a clean chin line :) No matter, please critique the following shots.

I think they look good. The only one I don't like is the pose in #1. I don't know why, I just don't like it. #4 is cropped in tighter and I like that one. Go figure.
