@ Adrian ~ re the Wood Mouse ~ we are just hoping the little blighter and its likely chums show no interest in the house..............spotted it or another one in the woodpile I setup a few months back in the less accessed corner of the back garden, so they are about. FWIW the image was crop of about 30% of the frame and was ISO1600 so slowly getting to grips with RAW PP'ing in LR

Glad you enjoyed FIA and now looking forward to seeing the output :D Incidently was there a largish single prop plane in drab paint job, it had a high rear wing i.e. at the top of the tailfin? Spotted this briefly from the garden this afternoon approx 4pm, just surmising it was heading towards FIA as it was on the same relative direction as the Osprey I saw last weekend and that was at FIA ;)

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p

Nice shot :)- she looks a bit like the actress Ellen Page in this shot too.

Yep, great day at Farnborough airshow as Adrian said - we were so lucky with teh weather and managed to bag a great spot for the day. Nice and relaxing - was great to just sit back and watch the planes - managed to resist the photographers "gotta catch em all!" syndrome.

A380 was by far and away my favourite aircraft of the show - it pulled nearly vericle instantly after take off and constantly amazed. Possibly because it looked like it should be constantly falling from the sky, but it did pull some crazy moves too.

Checking in from Silverstone. Having a blast. Kick plate was so much fun. Having a few laps around the GP circuit in a few minutes!
