^Nice work David! Did you buy this lens back? :)So, no more Zeiss 15? Btw, have you shot any Zeiss with the 5D 3? No one seemed to be helpful when I ask that question in the 5D 3 thread. Lol!

Thanks! I didn't ever sell the 14L. I had the Zeiss 15mm on pre-order (before it started shipping), but had to cancel due to some other issues that sprang up at the time. The only lens I've re-purchased is the TS-E 17mm, which I am very glad to have back! Between the 14L, TS-E 17, and TS-E 24 II I'm feeling very well-covered on the wide end.

I posted several shots with my Zeiss 1.4/35mm in the 5D III thread, I also posted them in that lens' thread: https://photography-on-the.net …ead.php?t=1024340&page=36 Starting with the green truck shot, they're all with the 5D III. I'm really thinking really hard about getting the Zeiss 100mm, especially now that I've sold my 70-200mm f/4L IS.

Thanks David! I can always count on you. :) The Zeiss really pops on the 5D 3!

Hi everybody! I'm new to this lens and after I got mine yesterday, I was very excited to know the results when I upload the file to the computer. As I open the file, I was blown away by the clarity of the images! I do not have the proper words to describe, but all I can say is the image quality is more 'pure' than my ex-1635LII.

Anyway, here goes some of my sample shots taken after I got the lens!

Thanks! I'm very content with the camera. It's been a topsy-turvy year trying to work everything out gear-wise, so finally navigating my way to the works-best-for-my-needs solution is very satisfying. :D

Rented this lens for the weekend ... now I wish I hadn't because I fell in love with it.
