Ive got a 70-200 2.8 ISM II
and a 40 D

Looking to upgrade

what are you recomendations?

from the best if money was no object?
and best bang for the buck?

I have a 1d mk IIn that I am selling because I replaced it with a 5d mk III and a 1d mk III to compliment my mk IV.

Judging by the amount of low light stuff you post, you do not want a 1D2n. I would venture into bodies one generation later such as the 1D3 or the 7D. However, if you are doing majority day time stuff then the 1D2n is absolutely fantastic.
