All these I could live without:

grads - decided that for my shooting blending exposures is the way to go. I got these before I learned how to properly use layer masks. I'd still use them for some things, but they are not longer permanently in my camera bag.

Flash bracket - did use a bit, but I tend to just use the hot-shoe now especially as I have a wider diffuser (looks strange, but works, so I can live with the odd looks from people). I'd still use it for 'events' where I'm acting as the photographer though (as opposed to taking part).

5DII Vivitar grip. I don't like using a grip much, but I forget I have it and then think Ohh that would have been a good time to use the grip. So I should use it more, especially before my wrist starts to hurt.

10 stop ND. Well, you've got to have one and I have used it occasionally, but I'm not a fan of the typical super-smooth waterfall or sea look. Still it stays in my bag just in case though. Most recently tried a 'long' exposure of Grand geyser in Yellowstone in the daytime. Looked like sh**t, I should have just enjoyed watching the thing.

It's a tie between my flash and my macro lens (the kind that fits onto other lenses to reduce MFD).

My 28-75mm lens, I bought it thinking I would use it for landscape photos, then realized my kit lens was 18-55mm so it is already wider. Oh well, only paid $75 for it on Ebay.

Olympus 50/3.5 macro: sharpest lens I've ever owned, cheapest lens I've ever owned, least used lens I've ever owned.

Quantum turbo battery. I charge it every 6 months just in case I may need it.
