Took this a couple nights ago. I decided to be lazy and only get about 15 minutes from town, so I was surprised to be able to pull this much.

Jul 19, 2012 17:29 | #10 Hey canon_lover, no I tried that with one of the first shots. There was just way to much ambient light and the water is pretty much the color of mud here most of the time. I was lucky to get that splash of blue from the sky because of how early this was taken. I am still really unsure of where the reddish pink is coming from though. I would love to grab a shot of the milky way being reflected, but I cant imagine how perfect all of the conditions would have to be to make that happen. www.joergeske.com
