Looks fine to me. Will this go as a watermark on your images? If so, you will want to remove the white background.

I would ditch the word photography. If people ask about a photographer and your name is mentioned eg through recommendation, its kind of self explanatory imo.

yes, i am looking for something that will serve as a watermark (which i may make it gray and semi-transparent), business card and postcards that i will mail out as thank you cards. yeah i know about the background. My wife thinks it is too "industrial", but I am not a female photog. LOL. i dont want frilly. so, should i take off "photography" and add a description of the type of photography i do? ie...Lifestyle Portrait Photography?

Having photography is fine, but the typeface is just too different. Loose the cheesey aperture as the O thing.

It's okay, but could use refining.

First thing is first, ditch the aperture "O" in Photography. It's kind of cheesy and you don't need it, you have better imagery elsewhere in your logo.

The "Photography" needs to be reconsidered. Perhaps change it to the same typeface as everything else but keep it the same orange color. Perhaps it could be dropped completely, but I am not sure about that. You might also try having it a different typeface but keeping it the same grey color.

The top of "Shaun" lines up with the top of the bracket in the logo but the word photography extends below the bottom, even if it is just a tiny bit, it is just enough to throw things off imo. Also, I know it isn't off, but visually, the word Photography looks like it is hanging past Senn. Something about the weight makes the P seem heavier, I would just push it a pixel or two inwards. Another quibble, but I would make the leading between all the words the same, it is slightly smaller between Shaun and Senn than between Senn and Photography.

Just some thoughts! Hope there is something there that helps!

The two fonts are too different from each other, Photography should be the same font IMO.

The other thing I don't like with that font is that the SENN doesn't line up with the SHAUN - The E isn't as wide as the H so everything starts to get off and it just looks odd to me.

Take this with a grain of salt...

The logo is yours so you are the one who should be happy about it.

If it were mine. I wouldn't use "PHOTOGRAPHY" in Bold letters, just regular letters and it will look more elegant.. :P

If you used a font which every character had the same size, then it would line up.

If you're fond of pulling your hair out in frustration, you could try placing all of the letters in separate text layers and aligning them that way. But doing that to just your last name would probably be more feasible

There is a reason that monospaced fonts aren't usually used in design, and that is because they look pretty bad lol

If you want to get the S in SENN to line up with the H in SHAUN, all you need to do is adjust the tacking. Shouldn't take more than a minute. In fact, if you are really, anal, I would kern the A in SHAUN a little further away from the H, the spacing is a little too tight XD
