Flash = Flash did not fire, compulsory flash mode
Focal Length = 96/1 mm ===> 96 mm
Image Width = 5184 pixels
Image Height = 3456 pixels

1/60th at 96mm on a crop sensor camera is just too slow of a shutter speed to ensure a sharp image. Bump that ISO up a stop and get your shutter speed to greater than 1:1 (shutter speed:Focal Length)..ISO 400 is fine with your camera and would give you a shutter speed of 1/125th and would be greater than your focal length. If still not sharp, bump it again and go to 1/250th which should easily get a sharp image.

She's gorgeous.....keep working at it.
