Move your focal point up, off center,so you stop chopping wheels off at the bottom and leaving half the frame empty on top. )

Thanks - not my normal subjects and have new found respect for sport photographers now. Was at the womens race today and the pics are just as bad :)

Now, try and pick a favorite rider out before the race and try to capture just them in action! I like Biff's comments on setting the focus point. I'd like to see the women's race pictures as the rain would add a dimension of interest.

Sadly was in the wrong place in the entry to the corner when I should have been on the exit again. The women only went round twice whereas the men did 9 laps so had lots of chances to mess it up for the mens :)

Didn't get anything good and still shot too low, got to get a LOT more practice in.
