The field we were working in had a really good population of low flying red kites (10-20ft off the ground) and a rather spooky dead tree that you would expect to see in a desert full of buzzards. I didnt have a camera with me but the recent agricultural activity much have disturbed the ground as they were en mass patrolling for food. An amazing sight to see. It situations like this that make you wish you had a camera with you...

If this was a "French" Town how come the civvy is wearing the German helmet and being allowed to carry a firearm???
