There were many debates over the upgrade from Mark II to Mark III. Many would wish to upgrade to Mark III, accurate AF high ISO performance. Yet still seeing some wanted to sell their newly bought Mark III?

Sold my MKII today and picked up a MKIII. I got a really really REALLY good deal, otherwise it would've been easier to keep my week old MKII. If you come across a deal like I got, I'd say roll the dice. Worst case you wind up selling it for what you got it for.

misleading title is misleading

People see things for a variety of reasons. I highly doubt it has to do with the performance as you seem to be implying.

I think it is more a case of a lot of people ordering 2 from different sites (to get it the quickest) and receiving them at the same time. Then instead of returning it, it's easier to sell here and ship it out and get the money back that way.

I upgraded from the MK2 and I could NOT be happier!

The 5D III is nice but, it's not on the same level as the 1D X. ;) I can't wait to get my flagship.
