I really have no idea how old these photos are. But the old Mobil truck in the background and the guy wearing an LCD digital watch really does age it.

The Volvo and the Rs500 in the background should help. About 86-87 I reckon. :)

Nice one Pete. They don't make them like that any more, which is a bit sad.

Always one of my favourites.

I think they should remake some of the old classics, I bet they will sell well

This is a full size image scanned at 600DPI. Going to take a while before I really get to grips with the settings.

Taking the lens cap off first usually helps a great deal.

Nice classic motor :D

If that is a prefixed "G" plate (hard to tell on the lappy and as verging DoF OOF) on the silver Volvo left backgrouned that would make it minimum from 1989 ???

I spotted the Volvo 440 and the mini estate. So its a few years old.

Nice cars Pete. What nobody has asked yet is what was Nicolas Cage doing over here in the in the mid 80's?? Wasn't he busy making Peggy Sue Got Married??

Cracking scans there Pete, as the Volvo ( 440? ) in the background a G reg the it could be anytime after 1989 as G was '89/'90.

Afternoon all. How are we?

More cool reinactment shots Rob.

Dom, it looks better with the post out.

Been replacing the downpipe on Vels VW today. What a pig of a job. Glad I've got all the tools.

On the p,us side, whilst I was doing it I had the radio on and KMFM were doing a comp for a free family pass to Drusillas Zoo. As I was outside and was going to be for a couple of hours I thought it was worth a text.

Blow me if they didn't ring back to say I had won. Made laying under the car for three hours worth it in the end.

Can't wait to go now and take the camera for a good workout. :)

Off out tonight for a workmates leaving do. Should be a laugh.
