You can mount it, and crop, but I just don't need anything that wide on my just purchased 5D2.

I am selling my two month old perfect one because I sold my two cop bodies already. I'm down to one body i'm all full frame. Pm me if interested. mine is sharp and perfect on both the 450D and 500D bodies, warranty hasn't even been filled out and sent in. I would take 400 plus shpping for mine, I paid 489 two months ago, June 1st

both ways. Thislens is made for a crp body, it just has a normal EF mount and not the ef-s mount. So it will mount and take pics fine on full frame, and it takes only a few seconds to crop your pic and even after you crop ir will still be wider than if you used a crop body, so really, on a ff this becomes a really wide wide angl lens, and sharp as all heck. it would be a great landscape lens for ff but for me I do mainly portraits and my 28-75 Tammy I just got easily wide enough for my 5d2 and shooting. That's why I am selling mine. Selling my 60mm macro as well, and probably my 100 F2 as well even though it is for FF my 70-200 L covers that range.
