What do you think overall? How's the crop? I liked the original but I think I like the cropped even more since I cut out the empty orange sky and excess water.

Well balanced composition and a very cool shot! I think it could use more contrast and maybe play with boosting saturation of water and sky separately.
Here's my take on it.

Nice shot. It would be nice if the jet was larger and was moving into the frame, but not a biggie. It adds interest notwithstanding.

Thanks for the input but I feel the edit makes it look more like a sunset rather than early morning. Let's see what others think.

I feel the 2nd is way overcooked for my liking. I prefer the first, and I think the crop is good.


If steroids are illegal for athletes, should PS be illegal for models?
Digital - 50D, 20D IR Conv, 9 Lenses from 8mm to 300mm
