I went out the night before the peak... glad I did because Saturday was all cloud cover.

Minnesota River Valley, clear night, perfect temp, not too much humidity, and no bugs. A few coyote howling in the (not so) distance.

Glad you looked... hope you enjoy!

Nice shot. I've taken a few. I'm reading that there should be more activity in about 2-4 more hours? Is that correct.

The lens was the Canon 17-40L set at 17mm
Without taking the time to lookup the settings, I remember setting to F4, 30 Seconds at ISO about 3200 for many of the photos.
