Velvia Simulated Color Enhance

I have come across this pp called Velvia Simulated Color Enhance and it looks like it would work great for me. Problem is the site where the breakdown of the process was is a broken link, it gives you the first couple steps and then nothing on the next pages. Anyone here familiar with this technique and would be willing to give me the lowdown please.
All I know for sure is you open image and then switch to LAB Color and then go to channels..

I've also seen quite a few actions on the net that will do this for you. Its pretty easy to get one of these and follow the steps and edit it to your liking.


My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.
