Use the dream glow technique and mask out what you want to keep detail in like hair, eyes, jewelry, etc. Or sharpen using selective masks like Edge, HPF, Red, etc. Adjust opacity of the soften and/or sharpen layer to achieve desired look. ~ Jeff
