I did a bit of googling and think this may be a Golden silk orb-weaver, Wiki states.. While it is venomous to humans, it will only bite if pinched. The bite is usually relatively harmless and only leads to slight redness and localized pain. Nice pic BTW

All spiders are poisonous. What matters is whether or not it will kill you :) . Thankfully only a minority fit that category. I saw quite of few of those guys on my trip to FL in Jan. Indeed a Golden-silk Orbweaver as LWC said.

actually, poisonous would imply that you need to eat it and it would poison you.

They have venom (so they are venomous like most spiders, I believe that Liphistidae have no venom ducts in their fangs, but I could be mistaken, need to brush up a little), but Nephila spp. are generally regarded as harmless. They are not agressive spiders. I bounced in my fair share of thei huge webs in my trips in the tropics, nothing to worry about.

thanks for the knowledge it measured like 3 inch in diameter and I saw like 5 in a very reduced space
