I was trying to reply to an older post, but it just added it to the bottom of this list. I was referring to a picture posted by neimaid19 on May 29, 2012. It was a cool picture with water, I would love to get something like that with my SX40. I will have to post the pics I have gotten, I love my camera. New to photography and only have had this camera since December of 2011 and I am pretty much self taught on manual mode, so it's be interesting.

Hi All,

Thanks a lot for everyone here.

Kindly, I would like to say a suggestion please; I think if anybody who posts a reply here and upload some of his nice photos which were taken by his Canon SX40 HS could tell us the settings of taking those photos; mode, shutter speed, ISO, aperture, etc.

That would be so helpful in increasing our imaging skills.

All the best.

Most members do provide EXIF info on their images. You just need a viewer to see them.

For example my browser is Firefox and I use exif viewer to see the info you seek.

fadi123, for the flickr photos, usually you can see the exif data (camera settings and software used to edit) on flickr's site.
