I know I have posted this type of pic before but I had another play this morning, oil, water, coloured card & light......

Oh I'm in love... its so clean, so graphic, so perfect... it doesn't even look like a photograph.
I 'm not super keen on the color palette, specifically the inclusion of the turquoise but everythign else is SPOT ON!

Thanks Marm, the colours are just from the card I used, only gave them a little saturation and a little work with curves, I will try with different colours.
I think I will need to invest in a tripod, these are a sod to get hand held

Yeah, I kind of figured that. I am very partial to hot colors like reds, oranges, golds. That is where my original comment comes from. The colors in your photo are well balanced and well done... they're just not my cup of tea. For every one of me, I'm sure there's 10 other people that would recommend that you don't change it at all :)

So true, I don't like sugar in my coffee but I know people that do :)
I have to agree with you though, red, blue with orange are on my to do list, I just had to make do with the colours my son had left over ( the ones no one likes ) ;)

Nice series Digital

2 Nice series DT. Like the first silouette portrait and the Dead Horse Beach shot best. FWIW...i would have cropped more of foreground in that shot to draw marina/boats in closer. Nice work.

and talking about ducks,
this is straight out from camera, nothing special, but my 2 year-old daughter was having so much fun feeding ducks. Taken near our home.

Nice series Korak

Thanks, Killer. I was surprised they came out this well. My ankles were getting eaten alive by horsefiles while I was taking these!
