Hey Konrad, what kind of apertures are those pictures shot at?

Also in the last picture.. did you put a flash behind them to get that outline effect?

Yes, I used flash (with small softbox) and put it behind them.
Sun behind them was also helpful ;) (on second picture, there was only sun :)

looks like flash behind first one and last one..

the car smoking one is excellent !

thanks for the reply.. looks like you got both of them in focus nicely.. for the 1.2 shots.. did you focus on her face or was the focus point somewhere else?

All apertures of this lens are insanely sharp. What sets it apart and puts it in it's own category is that when using at f/1.2 it's incredibly sharp (like the 70-200 2.8 II on roids :p).
