Yeah, I know, there's a Digital Video forum here at POTN.

I just thought you guys here in Sportsland would appriciate this one too.

Just messing around with shooting some video with the 7D for my son's Freshman HS team. The Freshman never get the love they deserve! ;)

And now we learn the importance of audio :). I hate wind more than I always have the more video I do.

Yeah, that was killing me too. It was really windy that day. Even though I have a small wind screen I put on the in-camera mic, (looks like a fuzzy puff on the front of the camera), it was just too much that day for the fuzzy. I tried to lower the audio down in that section quite a ways, but it was still there.

Unless the wind is super crazy, the wind screen on the built-in mic works pretty well.

The windscreen is visible right above the 7D logo.
