I think this is a (very) veiled reference to a thread going on yesterday, where a guy was saying compared to the 1Dx, the 5d3 felt like a toy.

i am going to give it a test run today at lunch time with my 70-200 f2.8 mk2 lens

Coming from 400D to a 5DIII can indeed be a big shock, traumatic even. Just make sure to consult your psychiatrist if you suspect you are losing it.
