Shot a comparo test of these two supercars for Forza Magazine a few months back. The feature has just been published in the November issue, which will be on news stands worldwide very soon. Very different beasts in almost every regard besides number of exhaust pipes. The article is well worth a read! Pick up a copy!

Nice pics. The F40 is one of my favourite cars of all time and it's nice to see some pics that do it justice. Thanks for sharing them.

My childhood dream car never looked better! Will definitely consider reading now. I especially love the last three shots. The shot of the cockpit is so well lit. Thank you for posting!

Lucky bas....
Nice work. Can't wait to get my hands on the mag. Need to renew my subscription but, I still pick it up at the bookstore.

You've got a lot of nice stuff on your flicker page.

Radial engines don't actually leak oil, by the way. They just mark their territory!

just curious how did you do the interior car shot with the steering wheel being lift from between the seats? Or now did you prevent any spill from hitting the rest of the interior?

Lit the interior from the passenger window next to the seat, and cloned it out with another exposure. Simple as that. Wasn't real happy with the light on that interior, but it was acceptable for only having about 10 minutes to do about 6 shots that all needed some degree of fill light.

Thanks! They were all taken east of Point Reyes Station on various roads out there.
