First Birthday Party

Hi Folks!

I covered a first birthday party this weekend. Mostly was there for some random shots, and especially the cake experience. Once again, the little girl was not too interested in getting messy (maybe it was the 20 people all up in her face) but she was still pretty cute. The first two photos are of a little girl at the party named Marley, and the others are of Calli, the birthday girl!

I know they are a little on the cool color/blown out side, but I think I like it, and I KNOW my client is in love with them! Also, nothing was done to these other than the usual color/lighting touch-ups!

Absolutely adorable.
My only negative comment would be that her eyes are overdone in shot #2.

I am not sure how/why they are appearing like that, as I did nothing to her eyes! I fixed the level, shadows, highlights, midtones, and contrast, and that is it in that photo! Nothing specifically done to eyes! Very odd, I guess

Some very cute expressions, though I agree, WB is pretty far off, very blue. And wow I thought my kid had a lot of hair.. that is a lot of hair lol.
