I just don't understand why somebody would do this!? If you haven't got enough good images of your own then surely you simply haven't got the experience and you're going to totally bollocks up the weddings anyway? Do people just hope to muddle through without the appropriate experience?? How stressful!! Hahaha.

I totally agree- you're just lying to yourself as well as anyone who hires you.

Maybe the guy cant get the opportunity to shoot a wedding and he got desperate and took the wrong route to get the chance and prove himself. This is a very hard field to get in, in my city you cant even get the opportunity to hold lights , it is really hard. I was willing to travel almost 12 hours just to have the opportunity to help somebody, the answer was no, it is simple as that, very hard.
I invested almost 9k in gear just hoping to be ready for that first wedding, I am glad that I am making some money shooting food, if not I will probably be really disappointed, but I learned in the Marine Corps that it is not easy to take the hill, but you can take it.

This is not an excuse for this idiot, using somebody's images is steeling, simple as that, he need to be patient and wait for that day, it will come.
