I think the lighting is to harsh on the first one, take that picture in the evening with the horizon and you have a real nice one.

This one I really like. Would be even better if those "wet" spots were removed.

Gee - you guys are getting good!

Dutch really love that B & W long exposure - did you use neutral density filters too?

Incredible spiders shot Bluesy.

Ace those mantis shots are amazing - #3 is like something from outer space :-)

greenjeans - love the butterfly.

Kennykid - invokes a walk and picnic for me, but would like to see more beyond..(No pleasing some people).

Thanks for the compliments, guys!! He was exciting to shoot!

Greenjeans - Cool PP on the butterfly, and yes, I used the 100mm macro.

kenny - All good pics, but I like the 3rd one the best, it fits the crop better. I think the other two need to be wider.

DJ, nice cat, but get him away from the street!!!

Yes, I took this one around 8 am, looking north/east, so I used an 8 stop ND filter to slow down the shutter.

Thanks, Ace. My macro and Kenko extension tubes. I can't wait to see what you come up with using your 2X. You are producing some amazing shots! It is always my treat to see your posts!

Thanks, but it's YOU that gives everyone here some eye candy, I just try to keep up! I'm ordering a set of Kenko Tubes on Friday, so I'll have those next week some time. I was going to get a longer lens, but went with the 2x & tubes instead, I love the macro shooting!

Your shots are truly an inspiration!!!
