Beautiful shots of a lovely young lady...Really like the B&W version of the first one, as I find that the green leaves near her face are distracting for some reason, whereas in grayscale they are not...She has a very expressive face.

These are both really great shots IMO. I think #1 in B&W is the best.

I have always wondered why I love BW so much, I think you have hit on it, I started photography at age 8 and saved up for darkroom equipment and supplies but could never afford color. Thanks for pointing this out!! Now I can rest easier :)
